The State Enterprise Bila Tserkva Plant "Etalon" is being prepared for privatization.
A bit of history: Bila Tserkva plant "Etalon" once specialized in the production of instruments and equipment for measurement, research and navigation and was the largest manufacturer of dosimetric equipment and instruments.
Created after the Chernobyl accident, the plant was managed by the State Service of the Ministry of Emergencies. At present, dosimeters have not been produced for more than a decade, and all the plant's activities are reduced to renting out premises.
It should be noted that thanks to the remaining employees, it was possible to keep the equipment and keep it in working order.
At one time, several businessmen were interested in the enterprise using not very honest alienation mechanisms, but the enterprise survived.
The land area of the plant is about 3 hectares.
The plant includes: 7 buildings (the largest building is a 4-storey administrative and production complex with an area of 10,484.20 m2, as well as a garage, warehouse, car wash, car refueling, two checkpoints), the total area of which is: 12,028 , 50 m2.
