Park "Litak"
Park on the avenue of Kniaz Vladimir (in the area of the memorial sign "Airplane"), Bila Tserkva
Object: Park, located near the residential building of high-rise buildings. It combines three residential areas (Taraschansky microdistrict, Levanevsky massif, Shevchenko and Pavlichenko streets), which is about 80 thousand inhabitants, of which 12 thousand children and 20 thousand elderly people. The river Protoka flows through the plot. The plot to be planted has an approximate area of 9 to 12 hectares, is located along the river Protoka and is located on the main axis of the city. In the square there is a memorable sign "Aircraft" (MIG-17 combat aircraft serial, on a pedestal of reinforced concrete).
Existing state - unsatisfactory. The territory has an imperfect organization of relief, the lack of landscape design, chaotic dendrology. There are no benches of recreation, urns and interior lighting of the territory. The area before the monument is paved with reinforced paving slabs (1 x 1 m). Not used by appointment. The site requires clearing of greenery, clearing of the riverbed and strengthening of the banks of the river.
At the present time, a detailed plan of the territory has been made, a project for clearing and strengthening the banks of the river Protoka has been drawn up, an application has been submitted to the regional budget for financing the construction project of the sports arena.

Creation of a natural-recreational complex, which will enter the system of urban parks in Bila Tserkva. The project provides for the construction of a park for sports (sports arena for 2000 places, platforms for extreme sports, universal cycling track), children's playgrounds, trampolines, climbing children's cafes, amusement rides, recreational (squares, gazebos, recreation places, summer cinema) zones and places for concerts and festivals.
