Bila Tserkva Plant

The State Enterprise Bila Tserkva Plant "Etalon" is being prepared for privatization.

A bit of history: Bila Tserkva plant "Etalon" once specialized in the production of instruments and equipment for measurement, research and navigation and was the largest manufacturer of dosimetric equipment and instruments.

Created after the Chernobyl accident, the plant was managed by the State Service of the Ministry of Emergencies. At present, dosimeters have not been produced for more than a decade, and all the plant's activities are reduced to renting out premises.

It should be noted that thanks to the remaining employees, it was possible to keep the equipment and keep it in working order.

At one time, several businessmen were interested in the enterprise using not very honest alienation mechanisms, but the enterprise survived.

The land area of the plant is about 3 hectares.

The plant includes: 7 buildings (the largest building is a 4-storey administrative and production complex with an area of 10,484.20 m2, as well as a garage, warehouse, car wash, car refueling, two checkpoints), the total area of which is: 12,028 , 50 m2.

In addition, the plant "Etalon" as an object of privatization has a number of positive aspects:

  • Excellent condition of buildings, aesthetic appearance.

  • Convenience of location:

  • The distance from Bila Tserkva to the capital of Ukraine - the city of Kyiv is 84 km, to the airport of Boryspil - 120 km, to Odessa - 391 km.

  • Convenient access to the plant on Sukhoyarskogo Street.

  • The territory is under protection.

  • Has a reliable stationary protection; all communications are summed up.

  • Opposite is an industrial zone, and as a result - a lively traffic.

Thus, factors such as proximity to Kyiv, convenient transport links and developed infrastructure together give the company significant investment attractiveness.

We sincerely hope that in the person of the new owner the State Enterprise "Etalon Plant" will find an effective owner who will show an innovative and stimulating approach to property, aimed at both its preservation and the implementation of the most ambitious plans!
